Integrity Print has acquired Cardiff-based Alliance Labels, which now becomes a trading division of the company

Alliance Labels has a strong presence across a range of industry sectors, and lists Lego and Hasbro UK among its clients. Alliance Labels employs eight staff and has a turnover of 650,000 GBP (809,571 USD) a year. Prior to the acquisition, Integrity Print employed 320 staff and had a turnover of 45 million GBP (56 million USD) a year. The acquisition is part of Integrity Print’s strategy to grow its labels division to sales of 10 million GBP (12.5 million USD) a year.

The Alliance Labels business will continue to operate at its current location, with managing director Ian Davies staying on as general manager of the site, as reported here, and reporting to Integrity Print managing director Mark Cornford, who said: ‘I believe that Alliance is a good fit with the culture of our team at Integrity and gives us greater manufacturing firepower across the group. We have different customer bases so there will be the opportunity to cross-sell work across the two sites and offer customers new services.

‘The team at Alliance has many years of label printing experience and there will be some excellent opportunities to share knowledge and experience to boost sales across the company.’
