Pantec to demo in-line decoration with Rhino II at Labelexpo India 2016

Pantec will showcase the in-line performance of Rhino II at Labelexpo India 2016, with a live production of a luxury spirit label combining patch registration and multiple color foil application.

This flatbed foil embossing system is mainly aimed at manufacturers of wine, tequila and whiskey labels, as well as luxury packaging producers. The system provides registered holographic patches and multi-stepping application of different foils. With 25,000 strokes per hour, it allows manufacturing of decorated premium labels and luxury packaging in a single pass, inline.

Visitors to Labelexpo India 2016 will see Rhino 410 used for in-line foil embossing for 430mm-wide web.

With Rhino 510, Pantec can apply foil embossing and hologram registration for carton packaging on a 530mm web.
