Tarsus on top after Three Peaks success

A team from Labels and Labeling parent Tarsus has completed the Three Peaks challenge as it looks to raise £10,000 for Events for Namuwongo.

Team Tarsus at the start of the Three Peaks challenge

Events for Namuwongo is an organization that works with the community in Kampala, Uganda to facilitate change in life-threatening living conditions.

The 10-person team from Tarsus that took on the Three Peaks challenge, which involves climbing the three highest peaks in England, Wales and Scotland within 24 hours, included Tarsus group managing director Douglas Emslie, labels and packaging group chairman Roger Pellow and John Davy, sales director.

All but one of the team, who was forced to pull out of the Scafell Pike climb due to injury, surmounted all three peaks in a little over 24 hours.

The team is still collecting contributions following the completion of the challenge, and you can donate online here. Tarsus would like to thank all those who have already sponsored them, including AB Graphic.
