Terinex QC Films invests in flexible packaging production through Comexi

Terniex QC Films, a new business established in the UK following the acquisition of QC Packaging Films by Terinex, is to install an 8-color Comexi press as it seeks to ‘create a new benchmark in the provision of quality printed film’.

Terinex has acquired QC Packaging Films as it seeks to exploit growth in the printed flexible packaging market. The combined Terniex QC Films is said to offer tailored, high quality printing to customers who demand the best in food and pharmaceutical packaging across a range of different types of film, including PET and BOPP. The company has stated that it is setting out to ‘create a new benchmark in the provision of quality printed film’ through its high level of customer service, flexible production facilities and investment in the latest printing technology.

This includes an 8-color HD Comexi printing press, plus a solventless laminator and high-speed slitter, to produce premium packaging material at competitive prices.
