Flint Group makes largest-ever Loupe appearance

TX500, PX3300 HD and Ecolyne run live at Chicago booth 5821 alongside full ink portfolio.

Flint Group Packaging Solutions will make its largest-ever appearance at Loupe Americas 2026 in Chicago, presenting a combined portfolio of ink, coating and digital print technologies from its Narrow Web and Flint Group Digital Xeikon business segments at booth 5821.

Flint Group Digital Xeikon will run live demonstrations of three digital engines. The TX500, powered by TITON dry toner technology, delivers food-safe, durable label production without additional varnish or lamination steps. The PX3300 HD is a 1,200 DPI UV inkjet platform running with PantherCure UV inks, covering the highest color gamut at speeds of 70 m/min in CMYK plus white. The Ecolyne is a subscription-based digital label press designed as a low-risk, fully managed entry into the label market for commercial printers and converters.

Experts will also be available to discuss IDERA, the company's single-pass UV inkjet platform for high-speed digital printing on corrugated board, with printed samples available on request.

On the ink and coating side, EkoCure Dual Cure inks run on both conventional UV and UV LED systems without requiring separate workflows. Flexocure LEAP, built on a new resin platform, targets reduced photoinitiator migration risk and regulatory compliance. The Hydrokett and Hydrofilm water-based ink systems for narrow web paper and film will also be on show alongside a broad coatings portfolio.

The company will also present FlintLink, its secure customer portal for order management, SDS access and remote technical support, alongside VIVO Colour Solutions, its end-to-end digital color management platform covering brand color reproduction, press return functionality and ink reuse workflows.

'Our digital portfolio includes dry toner and UV inkjet to support a wide range of applications, volumes, and substrates, from entry-level production through to high-volume label printing,' said Ser van de Graaf, sales and marketing director for Flint Group Digital Xeikon North America. 'With TITON technology, we also offer a unique combination of dry toner print quality and UV inkjet durability.'

'Our UV, UV LED, water-based, and coating technologies are designed to integrate seamlessly into existing operations, providing stable performance, predictable curing, and support for evolving regulatory compliance requirements,' added Kenneth Keathley, director of narrow web North America at Flint Group Packaging Solutions. 'This event is all about connecting with customers, understanding their goals, and helping them identify practical ways to improve their operations.'
