Vemax to debut VRTA turret rewinders at Loupe Americas

Vemax Finishing Systems will make the international debut of its VRTA Series of automatic turret rewinders at Loupe Americas 2026, taking place September 15-17 in Rosemont, Illinois.

The company will present the new four-spindle turret rewinding platform at booth 440. The range uses Vemax’s ‘No Glue’ technology and is designed to support continuous production while reducing stoppages and material waste.

The portfolio comprises four configurations. The VRTA-E provides continuous turret rewinding, while the VRTA-S adds unwinding and longitudinal slitting. The VRTA-P integrates unwinding, slitting, die-cutting and perforation for finishing blank and printed labels.

The flagship VRTA-U combines up to four-color flexographic printing with die-cutting, perforation and continuous turret rewinding on a single platform.

All four models operate at speeds of up to 120m/min and are available in web widths of 350mm, 450mm and 570mm. Standard features include automatic core loading, end-of-roll taping and remote connectivity for technical support and real-time diagnostics.
