Along with the  1600-PC Rotary Pro, which utilises existing rotary die inventories, the 1600-PC Laser Pro uses a LasX laser to die-cut, perf, and  score in a single pass. Laminating, varnishing, and slitting are all standard features.

Press speeds are 160ft/min. (1,000MSI/hr.) at 1600 x 1200dpi resolution and variable data and color management software is included. Over 100 approved substrates can be printed including matte and gloss papers, polypropylenes, BOPP, Tyvek, vinyl, tag board, matte litho, and EDP grades.

The system can be seen on the  LasX Industries’ booth #1867, while on the AzTech booth #S-1671 the CDT 1600-PC Sprint and the CDT 1600-C can be seen.
