Built in collaboration with Spartanics and powered by the JetINX print head drive and ink recirculation system, the NW210-E press is flexible and easy-to-use. It incorporates a low-heat UV LED pinning and curing system for single pass output at up to 80 ft/min on a variety of label materials. The NW210-E combines printing and conversion by using the Spartanics X210 200W laser die-cutting station to generate brilliant color labels with basic to complicated die designs in just seconds. With its ability to print 210mm wide, this intensive-thinking press delivers perfectly printed, dried and cut labels that are easily removed and immediately available for customer delivery and application. Additionally, a powerful double-screen workstation allows operators to easily check and manage every part of the process from file upload to final adjustments.

The stitching software has been reassessed and for the hardware, the new design incorporates an overlap with the print heads for redundancy to improve print quality.
The inks are resistant to outdoor elements having been originally designed for the billboard market. DLS based in Illinois, has purchased its second INX press this week.

Said Jacki Hudmon, senior vice president of sales for Komori America, ‘We are excited to be introducing this versatile press at Labelexpo Americas 2014 as it is the largest event for the label and package printing industry in the Americas. It is the perfect venue to show that the NW210-E offers so much more than what is expected from a label press with an advanced digital technology.’
