With a 13in web width (330mm) the NB-330 runs at speeds up to 270fpm (83m/min) in semi-rotary mode. The system is capable of re-registration, requires one cylinder for all repeat sizes and is claimed to set up in less than five minutes. Inline slitting can be added as a feature.

Kumar Labels founder Anuj Bhargav said, ‘We received lots of inquiries from converters interested in a low-cost finishing option for their short runs of digitally printed labels.’

The company sold a machine into France and expects to deliver three others to the European market. It is also appointing agents and finding other OEMs to work with in the region. Movement into the US could be the next step. The US accounts for the second highest number of viewers of the die system manufacturer’s YouTube videos.
