Lombardi launches Invicta i2 flexible packaging press
Lombardi Converting Machinery has launched at Labelexpo Europe 2019 its new Invicta i2 mid-web press for flexible packaging.

The press has a print format of up to 36in and a web width of up to 43in (1,100mm). It is gearless and shaftless with direct drive motorization of the three print axes: anilox, plate and chilled drum.

Also new at the show is a Digistar Inkjet hybrid press which combines digital printing from Domino with flexo and finishing units from Lombardi.
The company is also showing its Syncholine servo press; Toro in-line flatbed foil embossing and hologram in-setting system, whose movable head allows processing of several foils in a single pass; Bravo flatbed screen printing unit; and Volo semi-rotary die-cutting unit running at speeds of up to 80m/min.
