PrimeBlade upgrades its Nano series doctor blades

Released in 2011, the 900 Nano I was followed by the 900 Nano II and Nano III in 2013. The latest PrimeBlade 900 Nano Plus undergoes patented treatments process for better blade life and performance than the standard PrimeBlade 900 Nano blades.

The Nano Plus doctor blades are designed to flex or bend less to keep the optimum contact angle against the anilox or printing cylinder. For the UV-ink users, the 900 Nano Plus blades will also be less affected from the ‘heavy viscose’ UV-ink, and give a cleaner wipe. The corrugated printers will see an improved lifetime in the highly abrasive environment they are working in.
