The range has been developed and formulated by the company’s in-house research and development team based in Bristol, UK – where the company manufactures the new fluorescent RDF Series.

The UV curing fluorescent ink range is suitable for use in general label printing and has recently undergone full beta testing. Print trials to date are said to have shown increased color strength, allowing lighter aniloxes to be used whilst achieving the same density, as well as showing a smoother lay, resulting in a higher quality label.

Whether for fun, to ensure a brand stands out on the shelf or to highlight warning information, Pulse Roll Label Products said the use of florescent inks as part of the overall label or package design can grab attention and create more impact.

Sarah Harriman, marketing and communications manager at Pulse Roll Label Products, said: ‘Branded goods have never had to fight so hard for attention on the shelf with so many products now available to consumers. Brand owners must also adhere to increasing packaging and labeling regulations to ensure that important product information is visually highlighted.

'This new range of inks offers bright and clean fluorescent effects, providing a solid eye-catching color which will enhance the label and draw attention to the product.’
