Seawater-proofed water-based dispersion from VPF

The German-based company VPF GmbH & Co. KG, manufacturer of self-adhesive materials and service provider for self-adhesive coatings as well as producer of other functional composites, has launched its new water-based acrylic solvent-free dispersion Permanent – 923.

This new adhesive meets all requirements according to British Standard BS 5609 Section two, Pt. 4.1 Marine exposure – seawater resistance

Permanent – 923 withstands a temperature range of -5degC up to 80degC and also has an ‘excellent initial tack’, says the company. The range of materials designed for this adhesive are basically filmic surfaces, but also could be paper-based. The minimum quantity for standard surfaces amounts to 1,000 square meters.
