Nuova Gidue appoints distributor in the Middle East

Nuova Gidue has appointed Ali Alhashemi Trading Est as its new certified distributor for the Middle East.

Dubai-based Ali Alhashemi Trading was established in 1950 by the Ali Alhashemi, and is today one of the largest suppliers of equipment for the labels and packaging industries in the Middle East. From its headquarters, the company serves Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain.

Mohammad Alhashemi, the current president of the company, has already started work on an ‘aggressive’ action plan to introduce and launch Nuova Gidue equipment to the market in the Middle East. This will focus on technical advantages of Nuova Gidue equipment both for new entrants to the market and existing players.

This will be driven by G. Jayaprakash, general manager for sales and marketing at Ali Alhashemi Trading, who will select and train a dedicated sales and technical team in order to offer cover and support across the Middle East.

Mohammad Alhashemi said: ‘Nuova Gidue is the right partner we were waiting for. It is thank to its revolutionary technologies and to its future-oriented soul, that we decided to start the cooperation with the Italian manufacturer.
