Packz Software ties up with Malhotra Graphics in India

Packz Software, based out of Germany provides a wide range of tools to simplify and improve packaging and label workflows. The company offers a worldwide distribution of software, services and training.

Packz incorporates a complete set of pre-press, editing and quality assurance features including trapping, separation handling, barcode creation and recognition, dynamic creation of marks and information panels and object-based screening. Its multi-core 64-bit architecture driving the Native PDF editor runs under OS-X and Windows. The results compared to currently available tools for opening and make ready for print of a 175 Mb PDF file containing line work, text and images are claimed to be three times faster when trapping, four times faster in saving modifications to a PDF file, five times faster to open a PDF file, 10 times faster in preview, zooming and moving content and 20 times faster in PDF roundtrip with other applications.

Liesbet van Cauwenberghe, product specialist, Packz Software, simplifies the process and explains, ‘It is a smart solution. The operator can be trained in one day and start working on Packz. The software can be downloaded on your computer from the internet using the license key and then activated. Once done, upload a pdf file on the software and start working on it.’
