Interflex names Grinberg CEO

Interflex Laser Engravers has appointed Val Grinberg as CEO, effective November 3, 2026, with Tim Hawn continuing as president to support a gradual leadership transition.

Grinberg brings experience in manufacturing leadership, engineering and general management, including responsibility for several manufacturing operations across North America. His background covers developing advanced manufacturing capabilities, improving operational performance, introducing new technologies and building teams for growth. Hawn will work with him as the two transition leadership responsibilities over time, which gives employees and customers continuity.

The appointment reflects Pharr's long-term commitment to Interflex and its goal of becoming the industry's leading supplier of anilox rolls and related services, with continued investment in people, equipment, technology and manufacturing capabilities.
