MCC appoints Max Just
As chief digital and information officer, Just will digital, information technology and data strategy.
MCC has appointed Max Just as chief digital and information officer (CDIO).
In this role, Just will lead MCC’s digital, information technology and data strategy, helping accelerate the company’s transformation and strengthen the capabilities that support customers, operations and future growth.
Since joining MCC earlier this year, Just has demonstrated leadership and a vision for leveraging technology, data and innovation to drive business outcomes. As CDIO, he will oversee initiatives focused on advancing MCC’s digital transformation roadmap, enhancing data and analytics capabilities, modernizing technology platforms, strengthening cybersecurity and information management practices, and exploring emerging technologies that improve how the company serves customers and operates globally.
Just brings more than two decades of experience leading technology and digital transformation initiatives for global organizations. Prior to joining MCC, he spent 14 years with Coca-Cola, where he most recently served as LATAM Regional CIO, leading the region’s technology, digital and data strategy. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles spanning enterprise data governance, information technology and operations, while driving large-scale transformation programs, including global Workday implementations, master data management initiatives and shared services operations. Earlier in his career, he worked with Capgemini Consulting and held engineering and business leadership roles with Ford Motor Company and Lotus.
Just holds an MBA from Emory University, a master’s degree in business from Universidad del CEMA in Buenos Aires, and a mechanical engineering degree from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in data analytics at Georgia Tech.
