MCC appoints smart packaging SVP

Max Winograd joins MCC to lead its RFID and smart packaging portfolio.

MCC has appointed Max Winograd as senior vice president, smart packaging solutions (RFID), effective February 16, 2026, as the company expands its focus on scalable RFID capabilities across global markets.

Winograd brings more than 16 years of experience in smart and connected technologies across packaging and supply chain environments. He joins from Avery Dennison, where he served as vice president, digital and hardware innovation, leading global teams developing RFID-enabled hardware and software representing more than 100M USD in annual revenue. Earlier in his career, he co-founded a venture-backed packaging technology company and held senior leadership roles across RFID and digital product platforms.

In his new role, Winograd will lead MCC's Starport business and broader RFID portfolio, setting strategy and driving innovation across the company's smart packaging platform.
