MCC names Americas president

Multi-Color Corporation has appointed Carmen Becker as president of the Americas, effective July 6, 2026, bringing experience from senior leadership roles at Honeywell Sensing Solutions, Tetra Pak and Amcor to the label manufacturer's regional operations.

In her new role, Becker will lead profit and loss responsibility for MCC's Americas business, with a focus on commercial execution, customer partnerships, forecasting discipline and operational performance, including quality, service levels and productivity. She will also serve on MCC's executive leadership team.

Becker holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame, an MS in materials engineering from Case Western Reserve University and a BS in metallurgical engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. She will be based in Atlanta, Georgia.
