Adestor launches as independent labelstock company
Former Lecta Self-Adhesives unit begins standalone operations after group restructure.
Adestor, formerly named Lecta Self-Adhesives, has launched as an independent company following the restructuring of the Lecta group, with a dedicated focus on the self-adhesive materials market and a new strategy separate from its previous parent structure.
The company, which has operated in the self-adhesive materials sector for more than 50 years, said independence gives it the financial stability to pursue investment and strategy execution focused specifically on labelstock customers. Adestor operates a production plant alongside converting and distribution centers.
'Entering this new phase represents a significant opportunity for everyone at Adestor,' said Ricard Balart, CEO of Adestor. 'It allows us to define our future strategy and focus all our resources on serving self-adhesive label customers, offering them the highest levels of dedication, quality, service, and trust.'
'The transition to an independent company provides us with the financial stability needed to pursue key investments, execute our strategy, and achieve our ambitions,' added Balart.
