Fedrigoni reports FY25 results
The company recorded a three percent increase in revenue against an uncertain macroeconomic and geopolitical situation.
Fedrigoni has reported its financial results for FY 2025. The company closed the year with revenues of 1.9 billion euros and adjusted EBITDA of 303 million euros, up three percent and five percent respectively on the prior year. The result reflects a balanced contribution across the Group's business units and geographies and underscores the resilience of Fedrigoni's diversified portfolio in a demanding global environment.
Fedrigoni's international footprint remained a defining feature of its performance. Italy accounted for 18.4 percent of revenues, while the remaining 81.6 percent was generated internationally, comprising 45.2 percent in the rest of Europe and 36.4 percent in the rest of the world. By business, the combined self-adhesives and RFID operations accounted for 64 percent of revenues, while special papers accounted for the remaining 36 percent, confirming the complementary strength of the company's two core platforms.
The company's performance reflects sustained focus on its core strategic priorities: delivering superior product quality and customer service across all markets, completing the integration of the 17 acquisitions concluded since 2018, and pursuing growth opportunities in both established and adjacent markets. In parallel, Fedrigoni continued to enhance operational efficiency and optimize its cost base, with the objective of expanding market share and profitability while reinforcing the foundations for sustainable, long-term value creation.
Sustainability remained central to Fedrigoni's strategy throughout 2025. Guided by its 2030 ESG agenda, it advanced its efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, optimize its product portfolio through eco-design and circular economy principles, ensure responsible sourcing, and strengthen stewardship of natural resources, including biodiversity, while maintaining workplace safety as a leading priority. These efforts were recognized through a series of third-party endorsements.
In 2025, Fedrigoni was admitted to the CDP A List, placing it among the top four percent of companies worldwide for environmental management as assessed by the Carbon Disclosure Project. The company was also awarded the EcoVadis Platinum Medal for the fourth consecutive year and achieved a score of 74 in the S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment, ranking among the top three companies in its sector globally.
