Michelman to introduce water-based inkjet primer at Labelexpo Americas 2016

As previously reported here, JetPrime is claimed to improve print quality and ink adhesion on both film and paper substrates.


Also new to Michelman’s portfolio is Michem Flex R1927 for flexo, gravure and screen printing. This is a primer formulated for use with conventional UV and water-based inks on BOPP, foil and paper substrates.   
 


Michelman will further show a new selection of DigiGuard OPVs for both paper and film, certified by RIT’s HP Indigo Over Print Varnish Performance Program in combination with the company’s proven DigiPrime primers.
