HiFlow shows AI-powered ERP

ERP provider brings AI quoting and workflow tools to the TLMI Annual Meeting.

HiFlow Solutions has announced it will showcase its AI-powered ERP at the TLMI Annual Meeting 2026 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on October 25 to 27, to show label and packaging manufacturers how AI can take repetitive administrative work out of everyday ERP workflows.

At the TLMI Products & Services Showcase, the company will demonstrate how AI can become part of everyday ERP workflows, giving employees more time for work that needs their expertise. HiFlow says it is advancing ERP beyond its traditional role as a system for recording business activity, using AI-enabled workflows and specialized AI agents so the ERP can interpret information, execute defined steps and help users complete everyday business processes.

The company recently introduced its AI Quote Agent, which takes a conversational approach to estimating. Users talk to the agent, which asks for all the necessary parameters and prepares a quote in the HiFlow ERP/MIS system. HiFlow is also applying AI across estimate and order processing, supplier delivery information, price list updates, bills of lading and accounts payable processing. It says the aim is not to replace the people running packaging operations but to reduce the administrative work competing for their time.

'Everyone is talking about AI, but for converters the important question is what it can actually do inside their operation,' said Mariusz Sosnowski, CEO of HiFlow Solutions. 'Our focus is on applying AI to real workflows, reading information, turning it into usable ERP data and helping move work forward without requiring employees to repeatedly enter and process the same information.'

HiFlow combines these capabilities with more than 26 years of packaging industry experience and an ERP platform that supports label, flexible packaging, folding carton, corrugated and commercial print operations.

'Many converters are expanding beyond a single product or process while dealing with tighter labor resources and greater demands for operational visibility,' added Alfonso Hernandez, VP of sales at HiFlow Solutions. 'Technology has to keep pace with that change. We want to give companies a platform that can adapt with them while helping their teams work more productively.'
