Hybrid Software to showcase next-gen pre-press automation at Labelexpo
The company plans to unveil major upgrades across Packz, CloudFlow and iC3D product lines.

Hybrid Software has confirmed that it will unveil major upgrades to its Packz, CloudFlow, and iC3D product lines at Labelexpo Europe 2025 in Barcelona, focusing on accelerating pre-press workflows, automating complex label tasks, and enhancing design-to-print accuracy for label and packaging production.
The company will demonstrate Packz Max, which now integrates Harlequin RIP directly for precise flexo screening, 1-bit TIFF output and high-quality flexo and offset printing. Packzimizer, an automated ganging and lane planning tool for digital label printing, optimizes layout, minimizes waste and improves press efficiency while functioning as an automated module of the CloudFlow workflow automation suite.
Multi-layer label automation for peel-off labels now supports adhesive-free zones, CLP/CHS compliance and 3D visualization, powered by Packz and CloudFlow. CloudFlow Colorspace, the 2025 EDP and Pinnacle Award-winning software, ensures consistent, precise color reproduction across diverse substrates and printing technologies.
iC3D 11 introduces an innovative embellishment application with spot color detection and visual previews of foil, embossing and varnish early in the prepress workflow. The company's OEM Software division, Global Graphics Software, will demonstrate the next-generation SmartDFE, the AI-driven digital front end recently recognized with the King's Award for Enterprise.
Hybrid Software sister companies Meteor Inkjet and Xitron will join the company on booth 5E55 in Hall 5. Meteor will showcase its high-speed PCC3-E print controller, built to handle demanding 1,200 DPI printheads, while Xitron will present its Navigator and K2 workflows, delivering flexible, high-performance output powered by the Harlequin RIP core for seamless integration across printing systems.
'We are excited to unveil the next generation of innovation from Hybrid Software at Labelexpo Europe 2025. Through intelligent automation, AI-driven workflows and unparalleled innovation, our newest products allow our industry to work smarter and not harder for unmatched label quality,' commented Mike Rottenborn, CEO of Hybrid Software.
