Zecher forms strategic partnership with Interflex Laser Engravers

The companies Kurt Zecher GmbH, Germany, and Interflex Laser Engravers, Spartanburg/South Carolina, have agreed to form a strategic partnership. Interflex is now supporting all service-activities on Zecher Anilox rollers in the market of North America. ‘With this partnership we react on the increasing needs of our customers in North America, who understandably expect a quick service reaction and prefer a local support,‘explains Rdiger Wand, managing director of Zecher GmbH.

This partnership will additionally benefit Interflex by the opportunity to service the European embossing and graphic coating markets with the on site support of Zecher GmbH.  Interflex, a company well experienced in the laser engraving of graphics and dimension within compounds, have a dedicated computer-aided design department that both creates designs and manges design to engraved tool for embossing and ceramic gravure coating and laminating.

A possible partner, says Rdiger Wand, should have on the one hand a good skilled technical knowledge and own on the other hand a business philosophy which is compatible with the self-conception of Zecher. ‘The negotiations with Interflex president David Skellie convinced us that the company Firma Interflex is sharing these requirements,’ he said.
