The company has developed Label Master, the most comprehensive and professional Roll to Roll digital die-converting and finishing system.
The video shows the main features of this high performance modular machine that can be configured as a single laser die cutting unit or converted into a work station just by adding some of the many options available, such as the finishing control unit.
A wide range of materials such as paper, polyethylene (PE)polyethylene terephthalate (PET)polypropylene (PP), TNT can be processed. Several processes from die-making to cutting as well as micro-piercing, easy open, engraving and coding are feasible. It is also possible due to the wide range of options available to process printed material, flexo printing, inspection, control and slittering. One of the outstanding technical features of Label Master is its ability to run at a maximum speed of 60 meters per minute constantly controlled by a traction system that works in synergy with the control unit of the material longitudinal variance for perfect registration. The loading operation is easy: Rolls up to 60 kgs with a max 350mm printing area (web height) can be loaded.
Label Master 135W has a peak power of 350W whereas the 230W version achieves a peak power of 480W. Both these solutions can be configured with a dual head option providing two laser cutting heads.
Proof of the high technology that the machine exploits is a heated waste system enabling easy removal of the waste material which is automatically sent to the re-winder.
The system is extremely flexible and can be easily integrated into any production system due to a wide range of options such as the semi-rotary flexographic coating unit for label protection or to print with an additional color . the gold hot laminating semi-rotary unit, the inspection and control unit, the unit for a fast roll change and additional re-winding units etc. Label Master is equipped with a fumes exhaust system producing a clean working environment.
