Truepress Label 350UV SAI-S receives G7 certification
Screen’s flagship label press earns certification under the Extended Gamut CRPC7 rating.

Screen’s Truepress Label 350UV SAI-S has achieved the G7 Digital Press Certification against a rigorous criterion certifying it meets or exceeds established industry standards for print quality in the label converting sector.
The G7 Digital Inkjet and LEP Press Certification Program evaluates the capabilities of digital production devices in real-world conditions. The program includes rigorous testing across critical colour and printing parameters, validating the press as a reliable and consistent performer for demanding label production environments.
Truepress Label 350UV SAI-S achieved this certification under the Extended Gamut CRPC7 rating, one of the most stringent benchmarks for expanded colour reproduction. This internationally recognised certification confirms that the press delivers on a wide array of essential qualities required to meet the utmost standards for colorimetric accuracy, uniformity, repeatability, durability and registration.
The G7 certification reflects the mechanical capabilities of the Truepress Label SAI-S, and also the advanced colour management made possible by Screen’s proprietary Equios workflow software. It analyses PDF and RGB design files using spectral colour data and simulates overprints, opacity, and ink laydown. It then directs the inkheads to automatically compensate for substrate variations and optimize ink usage to achieve precise colour targets with consistency.
While other certifications focus only on the final output of a select number of chosen labels, this program also evaluates the entire press system, including the digital front-end, print engine and compatible substrates in actual production environments. This endorsement reinforces Screen’s commitment to helping customers deliver high-impact, reliable label production.
