Daga Plus installs Orthotec CFT3536
Bulgaria’s Daga Plus has installed an Orthotec CFT3536 Elite Class intermittent offset label printing press.
The Orthotec CFT3536 is equipped with the exclusive four-section inking system, register balance system and ghost killing ink system. The press installed by Daga Plus, based in Stara Zagora and specialized in premiere wine, spirits and cosmetics labels, features five color UV offset stations, two flexo stations, rotary hot stamping and rotary die-cutting. This configuration allows for the production of labels in a single pass, Orthotec said.
Petko Monev, managing director of Daga Plus, said: ‘We always kept an eye on the new technologies and the intermittent offset equipment market. Orthotec’s CFT3536 offers not only excellent registration and consistent offset inking, but also offers a very user’s friendly design for easy operation and set-up.
‘After one day of training, we made five different jobs with rotary hot stamping, offset and flexo in combination.
‘We are satisfied with this installation, and plan to have a second CFT3536 in the next two years. We are keen to upgrade the label quality and productivity with Orthotec’s CFT3536 to enhance our service to our customer and continue to have a leading position in the market.’
