Major Australian packaging group expands with acquisition

Pascoe manufactures branded and private label products and manufactures and distributes own-brand products, supplying supermarkets and hardware stores.

Pact claims it is Australasia’s largest rigid plastics packaging manufacturer with operations in Australia, New Zealand and a growing footprint in Asia. It employs more than 4,000 people and produces eight billion units of packaging annually.
