Edale continues expansion in the Asia-Pacific region
Press manufacturer Edale has appointed four new representatives to work with its Asia-Pacific operation, covering Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia and China.

Edale Asia Pacific, based in Lamlukka, Thailand, was launched in September 2013 and has already begun implementing a growth strategy by recruiting Ben Lo, in Taiwan, to handle technical sales, Suwapit Khongjraroen, in Thailand, as service technician and Richard Kong as sales manager based in Malaysia. They join Tony Law, general manager, and Pasin Sritong, sales manager, also based in Thailand.
Law and Edale managing director James Boughton recently attended Labelexpo Asia 2013, where they worked with another recent recruit, sales manager Kinson Yan, who will be representing Edale Asia Pacific in China.
Boughton said: ‘I am confident our new representatives, with their wealth of industry knowledge, will be invaluable in advancing our growth within the Asia Pacific territories, and we look forward to welcoming more people to the ever-increasing Edale family.’
Edale Asia Pacific will commence 2014 with the installation of a new six-color, 350mm-wide FL-3 label and flexible packaging machine at a printer in Malaysia.
Law said: ‘Looking ahead, Edale Asia Pacific’s growth potential is extensive and the activity already achieved in this short time is promising for the company’s future success within the Asia-Pacific market.’
