Matho installs trim system at Daumar

Matho has installed a tailored trim extraction system at Daumar, S.L. - Packaging Solutions in Spain, designed to handle waste efficiently across the company's multiple slitter rewinders.

The system equips each of the two slitter rewinders with its own cutter and frequency-controlled fan to ensure reliable operation while reducing energy consumption.

Operators can select the container compactor at the end of the line, providing control over how material is collected and managed, while a modular design gives each rewinder independent control through a straightforward remote.

The installation supports Daumar's focus on maintaining high-quality packaging production and smooth operations by improving trim-handling efficiency and adaptability across its slitter-rewinder operations.
