Hybrid Software's Agness wins FLAG partner award

Hybrid Software's Mike Agness has received the Brad Brown Strategic Partner Award at the FLAG 2026 Annual Meeting in March, becoming the only person to receive the honor twice, having also been recognized in 2023.

The award is presented annually by the Flexo Label Advantage Group to the individual who has best exemplified the commitment, creativity and excellence associated with Brad Brown, a mentor to FLAG founder John McKay during their time together at the Pitman Company. Agness was recognized for his involvement in FLAG's annual meetings and peer group sessions, his role in introducing new members and vendor partners to the group and his broader support of the FLAG community.

'Mike Agness continues to embody our win-win vision,' said JC McKay, president of FLAG. 'He is an excellent partner who has been deeply involved in our annual meeting and peer group meetings. He gets it.'

'I have a deep personal connection to this award,' said Agness. 'Brad Brown was a mentor to John McKay while I myself worked at Pitman, and with Brad. This is also a group honor for me and my associates at Hybrid Software, who provide the support and resources to allow me to assist FLAG.'
