Rotocon named Rotocontrol service partner
German operation to cover service and spare parts outside North America.
Rotocon has been appointed by EMT International as the authorized service partner for all service, spare parts and retrofit requests related to Rotocontrol machinery outside North America, with EMT International continuing to support customers in the US, Canada and Mexico.
Service operations will be led from Rotocon Europe's headquarters in Siek, Germany, by Metin Ertem, operations manager at Rotocon Europe, who previously served as service manager with Rotocontrol EMT. Marco Aengenvoort, managing director of Rotocon Europe, who served as managing director of Rotocontrol for 16 years before joining Rotocon, brings direct knowledge of the machinery to the new arrangement.
Rotocontrol was founded in 2008 by Michael Aengenvoort and Marco Aengenvoort in Germany to produce high-speed inspection, slitting and rewinding machinery for the label industry, and was acquired by EMT International in 2017.
'With Rotocon now supporting Rotocontrol machinery worldwide outside North America, we're ensuring that customers benefit from over 17 years of proven installations and legacy equipment expertise,' said Marco Aengenvoort. 'Our experienced team combines deep knowledge of Rotocontrol machines with a commitment to responsive, reliable service.'
