Dantex opens UK demo facility for digital UV inkjet

The purpose-built center showcases the company's digital capabilities in a clean-room environment.

Dantex Group has opened a new demonstration facility in Corby, designed as a center of excellence for digital UV inkjet technology. It houses a top-of-the-range PicoJet 1200 DRS and the newly launched PicoColour.

The new facility offers a clean-room-style environment designed to create ideal conditions for press operation. Modern, spacious and fully air-conditioned, the suite provides a high-tech atmosphere where customers can collaborate with Dantex’s expert technical team to test and refine products to their precise specifications.

‘We’ve created this space to give customers the very best environment in which to evaluate our digital capabilities,’ said Ben Danon, CEO of Dantex Group. ‘It’s about more than just putting machines on display, it’s about delivering a complete experience, where every detail is focused on comfort, precision and performance. We want our customers to feel welcomed, relaxed and completely confident in the decisions they make while they’re with us.’

The demo centre showcases a top-of-the-range PicoJet 1200 DRS and the newly launched PicoColour, both part of Dantex’s Pico range of digital UV inkjet presses. The layout can accommodate the installation of a hybrid press, providing greater flexibility and ensuring the facility remains future-proof as demand evolves.

The facility also offers customers the privacy and time needed to assess performance, whether optimising print parameters, testing substrates or examining integrated workflows.

‘As an established player in the digital print arena, this facility further demonstrates our commitment not only to product excellence, but also to the customer journey,’ Danon added. ‘It reinforces our image as a forward-thinking and professional supplier, while also showing that we understand and respect the investment profile and decision-making process our clients go through.’

An official opening event is scheduled to take place in the autumn, but the facility is already welcoming visitors, with press evaluations and customer sessions underway.
