Digi-Paq marks 350th Screen Truepress installation
Belgian converter Digi-Paq takes fifth press to mark global milestone.
Screen Europe has reached 350 global installations of its Truepress Label 350UV Series, marking the occasion with a fifth press installation at Belgian label converter Digi-Paq in Kortemark.
Founded in 2017 with a digital-first production strategy, Digi-Paq has grown consistently since its first Screen installation, running two production shifts daily and expanding its fleet in step with business growth. The converter's fifth press reinforces a partnership that has developed alongside Screen's ongoing platform innovations, including the introduction of a digital primer and advanced automation integrations.
'Digital-first allowed our company to remain agile, responsive and competitive in a market where customer expectations were trending toward shorter runs, faster turnaround times and consistent high quality,' said Frederik Parrein, co-CEO of Digi-Paq. 'That early decision has driven substantial growth year after year, enabling us to scale our operations quickly while continuing to serve our customer base.'
The Truepress Label 350UV SAI, introduced in 2020, is the first UV inkjet label press to receive G7 Digital Press Certification from Idealliance, achieving the Extended Gamut CRPC7 rating for color accuracy, repeatability and registration consistency.
'Each time we did our market research, we reached the same conclusion,' noted Christophe Parrein, co-CEO at Digi-Paq. 'We continued to invest in Screen digital printing because after every assessment they still had the best solution for our business, backed by a level of service and support we came to trust.'
'We are proud to support the impressive growth achieved by Digi-Paq and all our label printing partners globally,' said Yukiyoshi Tanaka, president of Screen Graphic Solutions.
