Presto Techpack installs Haotian PRDC 330 digital cutter

Based in Roorkee, India, Presto Techpack, provider of customized labels and stickers, has installed a Haotian PRDC 330 digital die-cutter and finisher from Packnology. 

Shivam Goyal, CEO, Presto Techpack, informed: ‘We have chosen the PRDC 330 digital die-cutting machine from Packnology for its advanced cutting capability and precision. In our post-press division, this new high-speed digital roll label cutter and finisher is redefining accuracy into a new level.’ 

Equipped with six heads, each with dedicated Z-axis control managed by six individual servo motors for high precision (0.01mm), Haotian PRDC 330 operates at a speed of 15m/min for a capacity of 300 pieces a minute. 

Suitably engineered for short- to medium-run prints, print-on-demand (POD), and high-precision label production, PRDC 330 is a compact digital die-cutting and finishing machine with ease of use. Goyal added: ‘This new machine is truly a robust and advanced digital cutting and finishing system.
