Miyakoshi to showcase AI-enabled printing at Labelexpo Europe

Miyakoshi will exhibit AI-powered offset and high-speed water-based inkjet printing technology at Labelexpo Europe 2025, addressing the complex demands facing European label converters, including shorter runs, personalized production, stricter food and pharmaceutical regulations and stronger environmental requirements.

The company will present its technology under the theme 'Tack a New Label on Your Business' at booth 5A68 in Hall 5, featuring live press demonstrations designed to enhance productivity and environmental performance for printers seeking to balance sustainability with operational efficiency.

The main exhibits include the Miyakoshi LPS13A semi-rotary LED-UV offset press, enhanced with yales AI Professional and yales-Eye technology for fully automated, AI-assisted production of premium short-run labels. The AI Professional system automates press setup, reducing reliance on skilled operators while improving efficiency and ensuring consistent print quality with significantly reduced paper waste.

The yales-Eye operator interface, powered by generative AI, enables interactive communication between press and operator, streamlining production processes through intelligent automation.

Miyakoshi will also display the MJP14LXA high-speed water-based inkjet label press, delivering 80m/min productivity with 1,200 x 1,200 DPI resolution using eco-friendly water-based pigment inks. The company positions this press as redefining the label production process through exceptional print quality and agility to respond quickly to changing market needs.

Visitors can view live output demonstrations on the stand, complemented by a video presentation illustrating Miyakoshi's vision for next-generation label printing platforms. The company has scheduled live demonstrations daily at 11:00, 13:00, 15:00 and 16:00 throughout the exhibition.

The exhibition also marks the 10th anniversary of Miyakoshi Europe, celebrating a decade of partnerships, innovation and growth with converters and printers across the continent. European label printing converters face increasing pressure to build production systems that deliver flexibility in applications, quantities and lead times while minimizing waste and environmental impact.
