According to the company, the new 107,000-square-foot facility will become the most modern paper tube and core plant in North America upon its opening in January 2026, expanding the company's total manufacturing space to 407,000 sqft across three facilities and positioning it for continued growth as market demand for premium products increases.

'The expansion brings Yazoo's total footprint to three best-in-class facilities with 407,000 sqft of manufacturing space, further demonstrating our company's commitment to innovation and exceptional service,' explained Troy Eckert, president of Yazoo Mills.

The expansion project will include five new high-speed production lines featuring advanced technology designed to increase efficiency, improve safety and ergonomics, and expand overall production capacity. With more than 220 employees serving over 15,000 customers nationwide, Yazoo Mills aims to lead the market for service by delivering fast speed to market with consistent quality and reliability.

The company operates from facilities in New Oxford and will add the Hanover location to its Pennsylvania manufacturing base, strengthening its position in the paper tube and core industry.
