AB Graphic appoints UPP as Australia agent

In a move to strengthen its growing presence in the region, AB Graphic International has appointed Universal Print Partners (UPP) as its agent in Australia for its Vectra, Omega and Flytec range of slitters and inspection rewinders.

Established in 2007, Melbourne-based UPP is a privately owned company serving the narrow web label and flexible packaging markets. The company represents several internationally based manufacturers of printing and converting equipment in the region.

‘In essence the creation of a one stop/turnkey company to service the market is an indication that the labels and flexible packaging industries in this region are very vibrant,’ commented UPP director Tim Stafford. ‘With a team holding over 80 years combined expertise in the industry we are well placed to provide sales and support for the Vectra, Omega and Flytec lines that are a natural fit with the products we already handle.’
