Excelitas showcases expanded UV curing portfolio at Labelexpo

Technology provider displays a full spectrum of label packaging equipment.

Excelitas has expanded its portfolio to offer customers the full spectrum of UV curing and IR drying applications for labels and packaging, positioning itself as a single-source provider at Labelexpo Europe 2025 in Barcelona.

The company will showcase UV LED curing systems, infrared emitters and systems, medium pressure UV arc lamps, UVC excimer lamps, UV microwave curing systems and spot curing systems at booth 3B13.

Featured products include the new Phoseon Nexus II UV LED air- and water-cooled systems, designed for flexographic printing applications. The Nexus II delivers the highest total UV power output to achieve increased print speeds, increased press uptime and double the product lifetime while offering real-time remote monitoring capabilities for Industry 4.0 integration.

The Phoseon FireJet UV LED air-cooled system enables curing at the highest speeds for small, medium and grand format digital printing systems, making it ideal for large single pass UV inkjet applications. Meanwhile, the Phoseon FireLine UV LED water-cooled system targets web and conveyor-based UV curing applications with scalable architecture that can be built up to two meters in length.

For water-based applications, Excelitas will display the Noblelight Infradry Compact IR heating system, designed for label and packaging applications utilizing water-soluble inks and coatings. The company will also present Noblelight Amba mercury arc lamps, available in various lengths and power classes as replacement UV curing lamps for a wide range of labels and packaging applications.

Excelitas experts will be available at the booth to discuss featured products and applications. The company serves global market leaders in life sciences, advanced industrial, next-generation semiconductor and avionics sectors with advanced technologies.
