Kocher + Beck extends US flexible die service hours

The company’s representatives can now be reached from 07:00 to 19:00 CST on Monday through Thursday, and from 07:00 to 17:00 CST on Fridays.

Kocher + Beck provides tooling, as well as special products in the areas of printing, cutting and magnetic technology. Founded in Germany, the company has now expanded its presence into the UK, Russia and the US.

The change to its phone hours will mean representatives are available to businesses across the US for their entire workday. While the change particularly benefits West coast customers, who will be able to reach representatives until 17:00 PST, the extended hours will benefit customers across the country, Kocher + Beck predicts.
