Maxcess China awarded environmental certification

The Zhuahi, China facility of Maxcess, a manufacturer of web handling equipment, has achieved certification to the ISO 14001 environmental management system standard.

The news follows the company’s ISO 9001 certification in September 2010 for adherence to quality standards and processes.

‘This certification builds upon a solid foundation for Maxcess by providing consistent practices that our employees and customers can be proud of,’ said Robert Liu, managing director, Maxcess China. ‘As an added benefit, the process of certification has helped us to maintain a culture of continuous improvement to better serve our local customers.’

Maxcess counts Fife, Magpowr and Tidland among its brands of web handling equipment.
