Tech Cell appoints Weldon as Indian agent

Tech Cell Limited of Stockport, England, has announced that Weldon Celloplast will represent its laser engraved ceramic anilox rollers and sleeves in India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal and the UAE.
