PCC announces three new appointments

Hampshire, UK-based Premier Coating and Converters (PCC) has announced the appointment of two new directors and business development manager.

Lee Charles has joined the company as commercial director. He brings a wealth of knowledge developed over the past 20 years in the pressure sensitive adhesive industry. Having gained experience in all areas of the PSA market from adhesive, release liner and film manufacturing. Charles’s focus will be to ensure that the company customers continue to receive a great level of service.

With 28 years of operations and supply chain management experience Dave McMullen continues his progression at PCC by becoming an operations director. Fully trained in purchasing, he achieved an MCIPs qualification, one of the most prestigious titles a professional purchaser can gain. Following on from his previous nine years at Premier Coatings, he continued to develop the company from an internal standpoint, covering all aspects of day to day manufacture. His focus at PCC will be guiding the company forward and ensuring that all aspects of the business remain efficient and effective.

Jake Ward has been announced new business development manager. He started his career with PCC 10 years ago. Whilst pursuing a university degree in London, he has progressed his way through the company to ultimately establish himself in this new account management role; ensuring that both new and existing customers receive the guidance they require when creating their labelling solutions. He will be working alongside new commercial director, Lee Charles.
