Denny Bros to increase presence of Fix-a-Form in Spain

Denny Bros has appointed FMCG expert BPO Packaging as its representative in Spain.

Denny Bros said Spain is an 'extremely valuable market for us.'

Based in Barcelona, BPO Packaging’s appointment to represent Denny Bros in Spain is intended to nurture existing customer relationships and secure new multipage labelling opportunities in the European country.

BPO Packaging will assist Denny Bros in seeking out brand owners and buyers from many industries, including food and drink, healthcare, chemical, automotive, beauty and DIY, to select the right on-pack label media for their products.

BPO Packaging’s Jorge De Oliveira and Pilar Blanch will be the main contacts at Denny Bros’ new Spanish sales office, which will further strengthen the company’s presence in the country. In turn, they will be supported by Julisa Vargas, who has previously worked in Spain in the retail and marine sectors, and is Denny Bros’ UK-based business development manager.

The development comes at a time when Denny Bros’ new Spanish website has just recently been set live. The website, at www.dennybros.es, is an upgrade to reflect the position of Denny Bros in Spain. Now easier to navigate, the site features five key market sectors, informative case studies, a news feed and an interactive samples request button.

Denny Bros’ sales and marketing director Stephen Jarrold said: ‘This new arrangement will put more focus on the way the Fix-a-Form brand is perceived in Spain, which is an extremely valuable market for us.

‘Many brand owners are familiar with the concept and use multipage labels for communicating information and promotions on-pack and we are confident that this is the right time to expand our presence in Spain.’

‘Packaging specialists need to work harder than ever to keep their products relevant and energised to secure sales – and with the current economic conditions across Europe competition has never been more intense.’

BPO Packaging’s de Oliveira added: ‘Our mission is to help the Spanish companies who look to use Fix-a-Form multipage labels on their products with solutions that will strengthen brand loyalty, on-shelf appeal and ultimately to increase sales.

‘There are many ways in which Fix-a-Form® multipage labels can help to engage customers and create sales uplift, and we intend to explore these ideas with a greater number of brand owners across a broader range products.’
