UV Graphic shows next-gen flexo technology at Loupe India

AI-driven automation, precision die-cutting and advanced embellishment technologies take center stage at the UV Graphic booth A18 in Hall 9.

UV Graphic Technologies, one of India’s leading manufacturers of flexographic printing presses and label converting equipment, has confirmed that it will showcase a portfolio of advanced printing, finishing and inspection technologies at Loupe India 2026, taking place from October 29 to November 1, 2026, at the India Expo Centre, Greater Noida.

With a strong focus on productivity, intelligent automation, operational simplicity and manufacturing efficiency, UV Graphic will demonstrate how the latest advances in flexographic printing and converting are helping label and packaging manufacturers improve quality, reduce waste and maximize production output.

This year’s showcase will feature the company’s AI-powered UltraFlex UFO 2 AI, its precision-engineered VariGap 2 adjustable anvil die-cutting system, specialized in-mold label converting solutions, advanced embellishment equipment and a comprehensive range of ancillary technologies.

UV Graphic will also announce a new development that reflects its continued commitment to pushing the boundaries of label printing technology. Visitors to the booth will have the opportunity to discover this development first-hand.

Artificial intelligence and intelligent automation are becoming increasingly important in modern label manufacturing. UV Graphic’s UltraFlex UFO 2 AI represents this direction, combining high-speed production capabilities with intelligent technology designed to simplify operation, minimize setup time and reduce material wastage.

The company’s development philosophy is centered on delivering the fast changeovers, low setup waste and user-friendly operation, while maintaining a compact machine footprint. These attributes are particularly relevant to converters facing increasing pressure to improve productivity, manage short runs and control operating costs without compromising on print quality.

A key highlight at the exhibition will be the VariGap 2 adjustable anvil die-cutting system, engineered for precision converting of self-adhesive label materials.

Featuring full servo control and an adjustable anvil configuration, VariGap 2 is designed to provide converters with greater control over the die-cutting process, helping achieve accurate cutting performance and consistent results across demanding production applications. The system combines mechanical precision with advanced motion control to deliver greater flexibility and reliability in label converting.

UV Graphic also presents a broad range of specialized equipment addressing the evolving needs of label and packaging manufacturers including in-mold Label (IML) die-cutting machines, label doctoring machine to support inspection, defect identification and quality control in label production. High-speed twin-head flatbed die-cutting machine featuring hot foil and holographic foil stamping capabilities for premium label embellishment, security and enhanced visual appeal. Twin-head screen printing machine with digital foil transfer combining screen printing with advanced digital foil transfer.

Four slitter rewinders equipped with 100 percent inspection and inkjet printing capabilities will be running across the exhibition booths of UV Graphic, Lucid Imaging Systems, Domino and Yantra Vision. Besides the 10-color, Ultraflex UFO 530 AI will also be running with a 100 percent online defect detection and flagging system.

The company shows doctor blade cutting machines for the preparation and cutting of doctor blades used in flexo printing machines. Ultrasonic anilox cleaners for effective anilox roller cleaning and helping maintain consistent ink transfer and print quality.

Fully automatic core cutting machine for precise and consistent cutting of paper cores to the required lengths will also be promoted.

UV Graphic Technologies will show the latest developments in UV curing technology, featuring both conventional UV arc lamp systems LED UV curing. The company highlights the capabilities of these complementary technologies for modern flexographic printing applications. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore the differences between conventional UV and LED UV curing, understand their respective advantages and application requirements, and discover how the right curing technology can contribute to improved production efficiency, consistent print quality and optimized operating costs.

As the label and packaging industry continues to evolve, converters are looking for equipment that delivers more than speed alone. Greater automation, lower waste, compact layouts, ease of operation, superior quality and the ability to handle increasingly diverse applications are becoming essential considerations.

UV Graphic Technologies continues to focus on these priorities through the development of advanced flexographic presses, intelligent control systems and specialized converting technologies.

The booth also features UV Graphic Knowledge Bar, its popular and well stocked bar, providing an informal and welcoming space for customers, prospective buyers, industry colleagues and technology partners to meet the team. Visitors are invited to take a break from the exhibition floor, exchange ideas and discuss their production challenges and future investment plans over cocktails, snacks and beverages. The bar encourages meaningful conversations, technical knowledge-sharing and long-term customer relationships.

Loupe India 2026 will provide an opportunity for visitors to experience these developments first-hand, interact with the company’s technical team and explore products tailored to their production requirements.
