Kridwinn Innovations signs multiple deals at Labelexpo Asia

The company secures orders for eight units of the newly launched Vorey Aura A6 digital label die-cutter.

Kridwinn Innovations has secured orders for eight units of the newly launched Vorey Aura A6 digital label die-cutter at Labelexpo Asia 2025. The achievement reflects the accelerating shift within India’s print and packaging industry toward fully digital label-production workflows—from print to finishing and converting—without the delays and costs associated with conventional tooling.

Commenting on the development, Dinesh Thakur, director of sales at Kridwinn Innovations, said the Indian market has evolved rapidly in recent years. 'Digital printing is growing at a steady pace in the country, and so is the requirement for digital label converting. The new Vorey Aura A6 is a suitable option for printers and converters who want to deliver finished jobs the same day, without waiting, plate-making or setup time. It brings together speed, automation and cost efficiency, making digital finishing attainable for every label business.'

One of these machines will be going to Sonepat-based Wonderpac. It will be the company's second machine from Vorey through Kridwinn Innovations.

Trilok Mittal, director, Wonderpac said: 'We are very much satisfied with Vorey label die-cutter performance and support after sales of Kridwinn Innovations and after using the first machine for over a period of one year, we confidently have placed the order for second machine, with addition of newly launched Aura A6 and its additional capacity and features will definitely provide us leading edge in production.'

The newly introduced Vorey Aura series became a highlight at the show for its advanced automation features. The Aura A6 uses a CCD camera for automatic position adjustment and
cutter tracking, ensuring maximum precision across long runs and intricate shapes. Servo-driven die-cut control enables extremely accurate cutting, while an in-line lamination unit allows finishing and protection within a single uninterrupted workflow. With a 6-blade servo configuration as standard— and 8-, 12- and 16-blade options available for higher throughput with speeds up to 25 mpm—the Aura platform caters to start-ups as well as high-volume producers seeking elevated performance.

Sharing Vorey’s strategic outlook, Berril Jiang, CEO of Vorey Technology, described India as a cornerstone of the company’s global expansion. 'The Indian label market is one of the fastest-growing in the world, and it will play a
defining role in the digital transition of the global industry. It is our responsibility to deliver technology that is not only advanced, but also reliable, service-friendly and scalable. Vorey has built its reputation with over 5000 installations globally and by offering products ahead of their time, and we remain committed to empowering Indian converters with innovative technology and strong support through our partner,
Kridwinn Innovations.'

As India’s sales and service partner for Vorey Technology, Kridwinn Innovations already has around ten Vorey digital label die-cutter installations operational in India, with more orders in the pipeline. The eight Aura A6 systems booked at the show are expected to accelerate adoption further, especially among converters transitioning from semi-digital operations to fully-digital production.

Through global technology partnerships and an expanding service footprint, Kridwinn Innovation aims to accelerate the adoption of next-generation digital manufacturing across the Indian printing landscape.

Thakur added: 'With digital label requirements increasing exponentially across FMCG, pharma, cosmetics, industrial and private-brand segments, the arrival of the Aura Series in India—and the successful order bookings at Labelexpo Asia Shanghai—mark a significant step in the country’s ongoing transition from traditional to digitally finished label production.'
