SC Etiketten joins Optimum Group

The addition of SC Etiketten further strengthens the position the group as one of the leading labels and flexible packaging players in Europe. The group now consists of 13 converters located in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Denmark, with each member company having its own product and market combination.

SC Etiketten has shown strong growth over the past years through its focus on high quality, reliability, and flexibility. In recent years, the company has also invested in additional printing capacity and expanded its organization.

The current management of SC Etiketten will remain in place within the organization. By joining the group, the German converter will benefit from increased capacity, a wider range of self-adhesive labels and flexible packaging products, and increased supply reliability.

The acquisition of the SC Etiketten is the sixth acquisition by the Optimum Group since 2018 including most recently added members such as a Danish FlexoPrint Group, Dutch converters Telrol, Kolibri Labels and Megaflex among others.
