Edale sees Mexico potential

UK-based press manufacturer Edale has reported a successful participation in Label Summit Latin America in Guadalajara, Mexico, in April.

The company exhibited at the show alongside its Mexican distributor, Romexsa, which was appointed as an agent during Labelexpo Europe last year. Romexsa’s Juan Luis Brunhuber, director, and Jesus Rueda, operations manager, were both present on Edale’s table-top stand.

The Label Summit Latin America organizers reported a record-breaking attendance at the show, and Edale’s export sales director, Bernhard Grob, was pleased with the event: ‘Mexico is a fairly new territory for us, and one where Edale has not really been promoted in the past, but the feedback that we received from prospective customers was very positive.

‘Juan Luis Brunhuber, director of Romexsa, is very well known in the printing industry and was able to introduce me to a wide variety of different prospects. I am very confident that it will not be long before we make our first Edale sale as a result of the Label Summit.’
