Comexi continues commitment to Russian flexible packaging market at Upakovka

Comexi has strengthened its commitment to the Russian flexible packaging market through its presence at the 24th edition of the Upakovka trade fair, which was held in Moscow on January 26-29.

At the Upakovka Fair, Comexi exhibited its latest technology, with visitors showing great interest in its flexo and offset lines. Comexi said visitors also showed great interest in the Nexus L20000 laminating machine developed by Comexi in collaboration with HP Indigo and intended for use with the digital press manufacturer’s 20000 model. Nexus L20000 has been designed for short production runs and for improving time to market. It was officially launched at Labelexpo Europe 2015.

In recent years, Comexi said it has built a reputation as a reliable and innovative supplier for the Russian market.

It has also worked on a number of initiatives to increase its presence in the Russian market, including training seminars conducted in Russian and direct operations in the country to better serve customers.

Upakovka served as a meeting point for flexible packaging companies from Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Ukraine and Turkey among others. A total of almost 200 exhibitors from 26 countries exhibited their products to nearly 20,000 visitors.
